如題 如果A發了一篇文章 目的為分享奇怪非尋常的拍賣商品 標題為 "可疑的商品" 內文為拍賣網站內文 結論A自己評了一句"真不知是不是掛羊頭賣狗肉@@" 網友們(非A本人)回應推文 "好變態" "好奇怪" "居心叵測" 那賣家控告A妨害名譽 是否成立 ? ps. A只是轉錄原來網路就有的內容 只是補上一句評語和標題 網友在A文章底下的回應應該不是屬於A的言論責任吧?
