重掌切爾西兵符 莫帥須培養新秀

（路透倫敦10日電）知名足球教練莫里尼奧（Jose Mourinho）二度執掌英格蘭切爾西隊兵符，他的座右銘看來是演化，而非革命，因為他知道得要等待，才能由球會的新策略獲得實際利益。

莫里尼奧2004年首度到史丹福橋球場（Stamford Bridge）領軍時，作法全然不同，當時隊中名將雲集，包括德羅巴（Didier Drogba）、艾先（Michael Essien）、卡巴友（Ricardo Carvalho）和費瑞拉（Paulo Ferreira），本錢雄厚，他可以任意揮霍。不過，切爾西過去一到兩年來大手筆投資，網羅的是海瑟德（Eden Hazard）、奧斯卡（Oscar）和盧卡庫（Romelu Lukaku）等年輕好手，因此重任教頭的莫里尼奧要享受與較年輕球員合作的前景。與切爾西簽約四年的莫里尼奧在回鍋後的首場記者會說：「情況不同，但我願過這種日子。要持續設法勝利成功，同時培養年輕球員和建立團隊意識，說起來比較困難，但這是我在生涯這個階段想做的事。」他表示：「冠軍榮銜我有了，錢我也有了，我需要的是挑戰。沒有任何事比挑戰更能激勵我。我想重點是要改造球會，而球會也有這種想法。」中央社（翻譯）
