禁宰活禽第2天 違規減至4件

禁宰活禽政策上路兩天，中央流行疫情指揮中心統計，稽查七百五十攤商，查獲十六件違規屠宰、販售、陳列，其中首日有十二件，昨天減至四件。

疾管局副局長周志浩表示，昨天全台稽查四百一十四攤，有四攤違規，其中新北市一件非法販賣，宜蘭縣兩件為非法陳列及販售，還有新竹縣一件非法宰殺。

周志浩說，私自屠宰具高度公共衛生風險，將透過聯合查核小組及檢舉專線取締。

違法屠宰活禽者，將依畜牧法罰兩萬到十萬元，累犯將移送法辦；違法陳列、展示、販售活禽者，依傳染病防治法罰三千元到一萬五千元；如汙染環境，依廢棄物清理法罰一千兩百元到六千元。
