將傳聞與外洩消息拼湊來看，蘋果iPhone新時代的策略已越來越清晰。

外電報導，蘋果計畫推出高階旗艦手機iPhone 6，另外再用較低階的規格、較廉價的材質(但還是符合蘋果質感)推出iPhone 5S。

iPhone 6將會以一些高階金屬和玻璃打造，質感就像目前的iPhone 5，但價格將稍低一些。

蘋果的新陣容不只是對抗同業競爭，也與自家過往運作方式不同。

過去蘋果走一年一新機的方式，新款手機在下一年度變成廉價款，但蘋果此回可能一次推出2款新手機，讓iPhone 5S和iPhone 6同時上場，差別只在iPhone 6的規格和功能較高階。

但這兩款手機都是2013年推出，意味著兩款均以今年最新技術和規格打造，且將搭載最新作業系統和app，所以就算是較廉價的iPhone 5S也不至於一上市就淘汰。

還有一點，這兩種設備其實不會掛iPhone 6或iPhone 5S的名稱，這也將打破蘋果的命名慣例。

iPhone 5S不會稱作iPhone 5S，雖然這款手機的外型將與目前的iPhone 5非常像，但這款手機將以塑膠打造。

蘋果的iPad產品已經不再掛數字作為區分，這一招也將套用在iPhone上，也許放上一些字首或字尾與其他款作區分，或者像New iPad一樣稱作New iPhone，總之，iPhone後面接數字的時代即將結束。

《俠盜獵車手 5》公開實機遊玩影片 體驗操之在我的形形色色虛擬人生

　　Rockstar Games 旗下 Rockstar North 開發，預定 9 月 17 日同步在台推出的 PS3 / Xbox 360 動作冒險遊戲《俠盜獵車手 5（Grand Theft Auto V）》，於台灣時間今（9）日晚間公布的首部實機遊玩影片。
　　影片中玩家可以見識到《俠盜獵車手 5》廣大的遊戲舞台 “洛聖都（Los Santos）” 的風光，以及首度導入的 3 主角制玩法。玩家可以依照自己喜好隨時切換操控 3 名角色，體驗不同的生活與娛樂，像是改裝跑車兜風、駕駛飛機翱翔、打高爾夫球或網球、潛水探索海洋、深入荒野打獵、挑戰極限飛行傘等。還可以在攜手展開的搶劫任務中分工合作、相互掩護。搶得的金錢可以隨玩家高興花用，不論是投資股票、買賣豪宅、改裝名車、購入飛機、整備槍砲、治裝刺青、打扮行頭等，體驗操之在我的形形色色虛擬人生。

　　另外，遊戲中還收錄了多人同樂的「Grand Theft Auto Online」模式，詳情將於後續公布。

操死役男 軍方:處分欠周延

陸軍六軍團五四二旅洪仲丘下士熱衰竭死亡案，繼前天參謀總長嚴明親自向家屬與死者致意後，軍方調查報告昨天出爐，陸軍副司令吳有明中將也向洪姓下士家屬及民眾表達最誠摯歉意。調查結果指出，五四二旅未評估洪姓下士身心狀況，就給予悔過（禁閉）處分，有欠周延。

據了解，在中南美洲訪問的國防部長高華柱對洪案相當震怒，並哀痛不捨。國防部總督察長室處長張玉龍少將表示，全案將在十七日前完成檢討與懲處，五四二旅副旅長何江松上校及陳姓、范姓兩位士官長已調職。

成大交管系畢業的洪姓役男原定七月六日退伍，但最後一次放假歸營後，被發現攜帶有照相功能的手機，違反軍中資安規定，六月廿八日被送到楊梅高山頂營區關禁閉一周。七月三日在營區體能訓練後，身體不適送醫不治，家屬悲傷疑過度體罰，軍方展開調查。

戒護員 訓練及經驗不足

調查報告指出，五四二旅未評估洪姓下士生理及心理狀況，予以悔過處分，有欠周延；悔過收訓單位陸軍二六九旅未考量炎熱氣候已達危險等級情況下，施以體能訓練，以致洪姓下士因熱傷害造成多重器官衰竭死亡。此外，禁閉室環境悶熱，管理、戒護人員訓練及經驗不足，也是造成本次憾事的原因之一。

陸軍官員指出，先前發生三起違規帶照相手機進入營區，都是禁閉處分，並無例外。但陸軍會全面配合軍檢調查，對洪姓下士後續喪葬與撫卹等事宜，會依照相關規定給予最大協助。

士官瞻仰遺體 看法分歧

至於負責管理禁閉室的七位士官，前晚到死者靈前致祭，被要求瞻仰洪的遺體，並在靈前下跪道歉，一旁洪家親友怒責：「仲丘，你看清楚！是誰操你的、你就去找他！」在司法與行政責任尚未調查清楚前，七位士官幹部是否該直接面對家屬，軍方內部有仁智互見看法。

軍方將領表示，八日晚間嚴明代表軍方前往洪姓下士家中，向家屬表達哀悼與誠摯歉意，家屬向嚴明表達禁閉室幹部都沒有出面。嚴明回去即交代陸軍，但軍方並未要求七位士官要在靈前下跪，還要瞻仰洪的遺體。
