百人單車環島 單車環球代表林孝鍇帶隊出發

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】第7屆「鐵駱駝單車環島1千公里」活動，今天上午從台中出發，2012年底才剛完成單車環球壯舉的前雲門舞集舞者林孝鍇，今年也報名參加鐵駱駝單車環島，擔任隊長，他說當年因為林懷民的一句話：「年輕時的出走流浪經驗，將是你一輩子的養分」，2010年毅然決然決定一圓自己的單車環球夢，身上帶著一千元美金就和女友遠行圓夢，足跡遍佈20國。他說，希望這次環島過程將自己的故事與年輕學子一同分享，鼓勵大家都能像他一樣，跨出第一步，勇敢追夢。
 
鐵駱駝協會理事長 邱彥成指出，「鐵駱駝」本著低汙染且環保的概念，提倡藉由自助旅行來認識腳下這塊土地，今年規劃自7月7日至7月21日共計15天的行程，從台中市出發往北，以順時針的方式行經三義、明德水庫、大溪、北宜公路、太魯閣、東部海岸公路、南迴公路、墾丁、嘉南平原、鹿港老街等地，完成1千公里路程繞行台灣一圈挑戰，騎乘過程每位學生都需自行背負行李，夜間住宿國中小學教室或禮堂，期盼沿途的特色鄉鎮及山水風光，讓學子感受到寶島福爾摩沙的脈動，也挑戰自我適應環境能力。

1.新聞來源：中時電子報 2.新聞連結：http://ppt.cc/FeFN（圖文） 3.新聞標題、內文： 被解雇原因大公開 與頭家吵架列首位 職場厚黑學，不可不知！想要保有好工作、不被資遣、解雇，可要瞭解職場大忌。根據最 新職場調查，列舉數項被解雇原因，其中與老闆吵架，更是萬萬不可。 在瞬息萬變的職場裡，沒有什麼是不可能的，犯下某些致命的錯誤，你就可能會失去你的 工作。 根據俄羅斯《勞動報》報導，俄羅斯人力資源公司調查俄羅斯人數項被解僱的原因。 其中與老闆吵架佔首位（31%），其次是趁上班時間尋求其他工作機會（18%），不過還有 不可抗力因素，就是無預警地被裁員。 除此之外，遭解雇的原因包括同事間的相處問題，如好心幫助同事掩蓋錯誤而遭解僱（12 ％）、同事推卸責任而背上黑鍋（5%）、與同事分享未來職業規劃，秘密遭洩漏（11%） 、在網路上與同事討論老闆的私生活（4%）等。 至於解雇的原因也可能出自於上班族自身，如工作時間醉酒（6%）、家庭原因影響工作時 間、無法擺脫的個人壞習慣等，都是原因之一。 然而依照《勞動基準法》規定，雇主如資遣員工，需提前告知，並應依規定給付勞工資遣 費；雇主如解雇員工，也需提前告知並提出正當理由，以保障員工權益。 此外，勞委會也有有針對失業者推出「失業給付」，並開設相關職業訓練課程，讓求職者 學習第二技能，增加競爭力，順利未來與職場接軌。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.56.205
