民間產業結構調整辦公室總召集人徐新智表示，馬總統在2012年國慶文告中宣示政府施政首要工作為「推動產業結構調整來提升國民實質薪資」，但國民實質薪資不升反退，主要原因為產業附加價值低落。

徐新智說，中共中央總書記習近平去年底主持中央經濟工作會議時，明確指示2013年度經濟工作六大任務中，包括「加快調整產業結構，提高產業整體素質」。海峽兩岸皆共同以推動產業結構來振興經濟，有別於歐美日等國家採取大量印鈔票或貨幣戰之治標不治本的方式。

兩岸文教經貿交流協會與經國創投推動「第四次產業結構調整」，並與中國大陸國台辦等籌組兩岸產業結構調整暨服務貿易交流訪問團，10月中旬拜會大陸中央及地方財經部會，希望兩岸攜手合作朝向更高附加價值之「知識密集服務業」邁進，領導歐美國家及世界經濟發展，以「創新」及「領導」之方式，完成產業結構調整。

您賣黃金.舊金.金飾等還要被扣重..扣耗損嗎?? 扣重扣多少....根本沒有一定的標準~
1.一般扣重扣多少?不是您可以決定的划算嗎??扣重扣耗耗損扣多少.全台灣根本沒有一定的標準.說多少就多少~
2.有些還會偷扣.假設您的是5兩.秤完卻跟您說您的是4.5兩~(其實已經被扣0.10%扣完了)0.5兩等於約被扣15000元
3.用火燒過的金飾.在一堆金飾裡面本來就會有顏色較黃.或較淡的成色高低都會不一樣..
4.用火燒過有些會變黑是因為焊藥(焊藥成色約8成或7成)
5.賣黃金千萬不要...被影印身分證件..或印指紋...
相信每個網友都跟我一樣.都不希望自己賣黃金.被扣重
以下假設算法及差額~ 扣0.05%
假設~收購6000元金重9兩((90錢))的算法..就好~
((不扣重的算法))9兩((90錢))X6000=540000元

9兩((90錢))X0.95=85.5錢X6000金價=513000元
扣更多的話~~就差更多...

540000-513000=27000元
兩者相差約~~27000元
也就是說.沒被扣重...9兩就差了約..2萬7千元 (也就是最少被扣約..2萬7千多元..)

陸媒爆菲鵬假離婚　經紀人：不要胡扯

王菲、李亞鵬，被爆假離婚，究竟是怎麼一回事？由於13日兩人離婚當天，有大陸媒體獨家曝光，兩人疑似在新疆烏魯木齊民政局貴賓室簽字離婚的照片，讓大陸網友質疑耍特權，民政局趕緊發聲明澄清，表示轄內4個單位都沒幫菲鵬辦離婚，對此李亞鵬經紀人直斥胡扯，強調兩人真的離婚，大陸法律專家推測，兩人有可能是透過新疆法院判決離婚。

王菲、李亞鵬，9月13日同在微博上發離婚聲明，網路上也流傳兩人在新疆烏魯木齊市民政局，簽字離婚的照片，但現在被爆，其實離婚是假的。

大陸媒體：「新疆烏魯木齊民政局，正式發表聲明，稱被標註為獨家照片裡的辦公室，不是該局辦公場所，照片裡的工作人員，也不是該局工作人員，聲明表示，沒給李亞鵬、王菲辦過離婚手續。」

根據大陸媒體報導，因為大陸網友質疑烏魯木齊民政局，替兩人提供單獨房間辦離婚，根本是「看人搞特權」，讓新疆烏魯木齊民政局跳出來澄清，否認沒幫菲鵬辦離婚手續，新疆境內其他3個民政局，也沒有替兩人辦過。

不過菲鵬在2005年的確是在烏魯木齊登記結婚，有大陸法律專家則推論，恐怕跟夫妻財務脫不了關係，是請法院辦離婚，還有大陸網友爆料，其實菲鵬兩人就是在烏魯木齊的沙區法院辦離婚，兩人確定分道揚鑣，但對「假離婚」，當事人沒做任何回應，李亞鵬則是在離婚後，首度亮相錄節目。

大陸媒體：「有膽大的觀眾，要李亞鵬談談他8年婚姻感受時，李亞鵬聲稱，仍然相信愛情。」

王菲vs.陳奕迅「因為愛情」：「因為愛情，不會輕易悲傷，所以一切都是幸福的模樣。」

根據大陸媒體報導，李亞鵬在節目上避談王菲，卻大方分享自己的人生及愛情觀，眼眶還數度泛淚光，對照兩人離婚，讓人唏噓。

(中央社記者韓婷婷台北23日電)據證券櫃檯買賣中心統計，上櫃股票今年截至9月18日止，日均值新台幣155.07億元，總成交金額2兆7137.99億元，其中盤後定價交易金額為110.55億元。

興櫃股票日均值為10.01億元，總成交金額為1751.37億元。

今年上櫃股票截至9月18日止得為信用交易家數有469家，融資餘額400億563萬元，較上週少0.24%；融券餘額為9萬3945張，較上週減少4.8%，信用交易成交值比率為23.4%。

至9月18日止，累計開戶數為1383萬1514戶，華僑及外國人在各證券商累積開戶數為15萬5109萬戶。

今年債券截至9月18日為止，政府公債已上櫃計有105期，發行餘額為5兆1698.07億元；公司債已上櫃計有54家448期，發行餘額為1兆5428.65億元；轉換公司債已上櫃計有238家294期，發行餘額為1383.957億元；金融債券已上櫃計35家405期，發行餘額為9731.64億元。

上櫃債券截至9月18日止，證券商營業處所總成交金額為38兆5160.22億元，等殖成交系統總成交金額為3兆9015.29億元，已簽約交易的債券自營商計99家。

證券新金融商品業務方面，公債融券交易總成交面額今年累計為3兆4140億元，公債發行前交易累計總成交面額8879.81億元。

轉換公司債資產交換，至9月18日止，固定收益交易部分，目前已通過申請該業務證券商共22家，契約流通餘額共計281.09億元。

選擇權交易部分，已通過申請業務的券商共22家，契約流通餘額共計560.13億元，今年累計總營業額為555.96億元。

新台幣利率選擇權，截至9月18日止已通過申請該業務證券商共15家，契約流通餘額及今年累計總成交金額都掛零。

新台幣利率交換已通過申請該業務的證券商共18家，契約流通餘額共計4798.31億元，今年累計總成交金額為1119.22億元。1020923

【大紀元2013年09月24日訊】（大紀元記者萬平綜合報導）從索馬里「青年黨」（al-Shabab）佔據的納羅畢（Nairobi）購物中心，傳來猛烈的槍聲，這些極端伊斯蘭恐怖份子仍挾持數目不詳的人質在商場內。目前至少62名人質死亡，其中一名為38歲中國女性。

肯尼亞內政部長藺庫（Ole Lenku）星期一（23日）說，在軍隊的攻堅行動下，3名青年黨恐怖份子被擊斃，對峙結束，幾乎所有人質皆已被釋放；所有逃跑通道皆被封鎖。

藺庫在新聞會上說，目前事件尚未明朗化，我們正儘可能謹慎地處理事件，令事件落幕。他說，商場內的槍聲是掃蕩武裝份子行動，他們將會很快被清剿。

自從青年黨恐怖份子襲擊商場2日後，在區內仍可看到黑色煙塵和聽到數次爆炸聲響。

半島電視臺報導，英國特種部隊軍團（SAS）軍官哈茲弗（Robert Hotsfall）說，為了確保宅居安全，他們的工作量巨大，行動可能還需要24小時。在當地電視畫面中顯示，野戰部隊部署在新位置，裝甲車也運送一批士兵進駐。

路透社報導，安全部隊一位未具名的官員說，新的戰火是由於22日深夜安全部隊試圖從屋頂攻堅。

紅十字會官員23日說，有62人在肯尼亞商場的血腥圍攻中喪生，少於此前報導，是因為重複計數。

據悉，這些極端伊斯蘭份子將不會允許自己被逮捕，他們可能傷害任何剩下的人質。這些青年黨人執行的是自殺任務，他們瞭解活著離開商場是非常困難的。軍方說，他們己疏散超過1,000人，但商場內仍有數目不詳的被挾持人質。

同時，國際刑事法院（ICC）宣布，將押後審訊肯尼亞副總統魯托（William Ruto）在2007年的選舉暴力有關的訴訟。由於魯托將返回納羅畢幫助應對危機。

殺戮驚嚇

紅十字會說，索馬里青年黨21日衝進肯尼亞納羅畢的西門購物中心（Westgate），向人群開槍並投擲手榴彈，行動造成至少62人死亡，超過170人受傷。

軍事發言人歐鋼納上校（Cyrus Oguna）說，大多數的人質已被釋放，但未提供具體數字。大多數人質都脫水，並受到驚嚇，另有4名士兵在救援行動中受傷。

在安全部隊試圖22日深夜從屋頂攻堅之際，索馬里青年黨在推特上宣稱對恐怖突襲行動負責，還威脅肯尼亞政府的任何舉動（屋頂攻堅），將危及人質的生命，若人質喪生需由肯尼亞政府負責。

索馬里青年黨對半島電視臺說，他們攻擊行動是專門針對非穆斯林人。官方證實死亡的人包括：肯尼亞人、法國人、英國人、加拿大人、澳大利亞人、印度人、中國人和加納著名詩人。稍後，該組織發言人奧馬（Abu Omar）宣稱，拒絕任何有關人質談判。

索馬里青年黨敦促肯尼亞從鄰國索馬里退兵，該極端組織正在國內發動反政府叛亂。

聯合國安理會對這次襲擊發出最強烈措辭的譴責，並提醒肯尼亞任何回應都必須遵守國際人權法。

今年9月15號在烏克蘭奪得「世界青少年拳擊錦標賽」銅牌的「冉俊賢」，是花蓮世界展望會的受助童。從小仰賴祖母「李玉雲」做資源回收養大，他利用假日返回花蓮探視阿嬤，將他人生第一個國際賽的獎盃，獻給阿嬤。

　展望會東區辦事處主任林琇錦表示，十六歲的「冉俊賢」，自小父母離異，父親為了家計四處打零工，將「冉俊賢」與哥哥都交給阿嬤照顧，一直上高中為止，都是由阿嬤靠資源回收，及爸爸打零工的微薄收入，辛苦帶他們長大。「冉俊賢」從國小開始就是展望會的資助童，一路以來透過資助人的關愛支持，使隔代教養的俊賢，感受到社會的愛，於是成為他成長最大的動力。

　身高約157公分，體重只有50公斤，因為平和國中陳憲權教練卻對他獨具慧眼，上高中後推薦到新竹的成德高中繼續練習拳擊，讓勤奮苦練的「冉俊賢」，年紀輕輕就取得國際獎盃。

【侯力元／新竹報導】4名蒙面歹徒今天凌晨２時許開著偷來的贓車，到位在峨眉鄉的唐盛陶藝公司闖入行竊，在２樓的沈姓老闆娘聽到一樓有聲響，下樓查看，卻被４名歹徒用西瓜刀壓制後綑綁。
 
其後在樓上的２位男性股東見老闆娘遲遲未回，也下樓查看，同樣被歹徒綑綁起來，４名歹徒搜括陶藝公司內的現金120萬元後揚長離去，3名被綑綁的被害人則是花了１個多小時才脫困報警。

《美國經濟》費城製造業指數創30個月新高

費城聯邦準備銀行（Philadelphia FED）19日公布當地製造業景氣判斷指數優於預期並創下30個月新高；9月份指數自前月的9.3上揚至22.3，為連續第四個月呈現正值，並為2011年3月以來新高。根據道瓊斯通訊社的調查，經濟學家原先預期該指數將下滑至9.0，路透社調查的預估則為10.0。指數呈現正值代表當地製造業活動增溫，反之則為萎縮。

分項數據顯示，衡量產品需求的新接訂單指數由前月的5.3升至21.2，出貨指數由負0.9升至21.2。衡量就業市場的雇員人數指數由3.5升至10.3，此創下去年4月以來的新高；每週工時指數也由負2.6升至12.2。價格指數當中價格支付指數由17.3升至25.3，寫下10個月新高；收取價格指數由9.9升至12.7。

未來6個月景氣判斷指數自前月的38.9點上揚至58.2，則是創下2003年以來新高，超過此前在經濟衰退結束後於2009年所創的高點。其中新訂單的預期指數較前月39.5上揚至62.2，雇員人數指數較前月22.3上揚至31.0，未來6個月期間預估將增聘人力的企業比例為37%。本月特別調查詢問本季生產與上季的比較，有56%的企業預期生產將會增加，預期減少的有29%。

『這個地方的人行道太窄了，每次路過都很麻煩。』有熱心市民向華西城市讀本反映，四川達州南城西環路一段人行道太窄，加上此處人流量較大，每次路過這裡都是人擠人，被市民戲謔地稱為達州『最窄人行道』。

根據中新網報導，熱心市民所說的人行道位於四川達州南城西環路與萬達路交匯處的斜對面，記者在現場看到，該人行道約5公尺長，寬度不到半公尺。此處人行道與公路齊平，本來就很窄，公路邊上又是臨時停車位，長期停放大量車輛，更壓縮了人行道的寬度。記者親身測試後發現，此處人行道僅能容一中等身材的人通過，若對面正好有人來時，兩人需要側身相讓才能同時通過。若身材稍胖的人通過此處，正面正好有人來時，側身都無法通過。

另外，記者看到在人行道旁邊還有石梯可供行人通行，但是據周邊商家介紹，由於此處位於南城繁華地段，人流量非常大，人行道和石梯完全滿足不了上下班時人們的通行需求，而且走石梯要一上一下，非常麻煩。平日還有很多小商小販在此占道經營，影響行人的通行，特別是上下班高峰期，這裡都是人擠人，通行速度非常緩慢。
