【大紀元2013年09月23日訊】（大紀元記者陳靜慧綜合報導）9月19日中秋節晚上，山東煙台市富士康科技工業園E區宿舍，貴州籍員工與山東籍員工發生大規模衝突。數百名貴州人赤裸上身，手持鋼管，喊著「是山東人就打！」橫掃兩棟宿舍樓。事發時數十名警察和保安在現場束手無策。打鬥過程持續3小時，造成3人死亡，20多人重傷，數十人輕傷傷。當局調來更多警察進廠鎮壓，上百人被捕。

據多位民眾網絡曝料，事件的起因是，兩對在富士康工作的情侶在「人和娛樂城」網吧上網，期間兩女生發生爭執，他們的男友為此大打出手。其中，一男是貴州人，另一男為山東臨沂人。打鬥中他們砸壞了網吧的電腦，網吧老闆讓人來處理並教訓了滋事者。那位貴州人不服，認為網吧老闆偏袒本地人，遂返回宿舍，集合所有貴州籍工友，籌劃打擊報復山東臨沂人……

因為在富士康工作的貴州人彼此還不都認識，擔心誤傷自己人，為了便於區分，皆脫掉上衣，赤裸上身集聚一起。他們將宿舍床上的鐵管拆卸下來，作為武器。在各個宿舍門口辱罵山東人，砸爛了宿舍門窗玻璃，傷及數人。很多山東籍員工對貴州人的行為表示極為不滿，便開始了反擊……事件迅速升級，愈演愈烈。

9月19日中秋節晚上，終於爆發大規模衝突。數百名貴州籍員工赤裸上身，手持鋼管，喊著「是山東人就打！」橫掃兩棟宿舍樓。宿舍、餐廳及網吧全都被砸。山東籍員工也紛紛拿起武器反擊，雙方數百人大火拚，現場一片混亂。7輛警車、數十名警察及富士康保安束手無策，煙台富士康第一次遇見這陣勢，一時無法應對。打鬥過程持續3小時，至午夜12點多，才平靜下來。致3人死亡，其中2名貴州人，1名山東人；20多人重傷；輕傷數十人。

次日晨，當局調來60多輛車帶著防爆警察進入富士康E區，上百人被捕，大多是貴州人。

事發後，擔心山東當地人報復打擊貴州人，富士康員工出門不得穿工衣、戴工牌等；A區、C區、E區也開始增派警力，預防事態進一步惡化。

A區的一位員工接到E區同事的電話稱：「現在午餐時間，不允許我們走出廠區，已經出去的不准回來，整個E區已經封鎖戒嚴了。」 警方還在富士康廠區圍牆柵欄上安裝了防盜電網，以防止外來人員進入廠區參與火拚。

事情並沒有結束，21日上午10點半左右，E區廠區大門外，又聚集了上百人，他們手持棍棒刀具，等候對手出現。

21日中午11點左右，貴州人與山東臨沂人再次發生火拚，宿舍餐廳全被砸，驚心動魄。員工反映：「富士康這場群毆已經持續三天了！害得富士康萬名員工沒有吃飯的地方，其他員工嚇得到處逃竄。」已經有員工考慮要離開這個是非之地了。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】14萬噸「海洋水手號」郵輪，今天上午8時許緩緩駛進基隆港，由中國「寶健集團」總經理李道，招待公司3000名集團員工來台觀光。出身於基隆八斗子的李道向港務公司表示，因父親曾是張通榮市長的上司，母親也是市長的國小老師，才會規劃郵輪3次進港，帶1萬名員工來基隆觀光消費。港務公司預估，將帶來2億觀光財。
 
巴哈馬級的「海洋水手號」郵輪，重14萬噸，長313公尺，吃水10公尺，港務公司表示，相當於3艘麗星郵輪，預計晚上8時離開。民眾見到郵輪直呼「超級大！」而海洋廣場上也有攝影同好拍照紀念。

二、本次換發無實體新股自民國102年9月27日（星期五）上興櫃買賣，原舊股票依規定已於民國102年9月16日起至102年9月26日止停止在市場交易，且自新股票興櫃買賣之日起，舊股票不得作為買賣交割之標的，茲將上櫃相關事項公告如后：

(一)應換發之舊股票：歷年已發行股份計普通股50,728,475股，每股面額新台幣10元，共計新台幣507,284,750元。

(二)本次減資股數：普通股25,000,000股，每股面額10元，共計新台幣250,000,000元整。

(三)減資後換發無實體新股：總數為普通股25,728,475股，每股面額新台幣10元，共計新台幣257,284,750元整。

(四)本公司採無實體發行有價證券。

(五)換發之新股其權利義務均相同。

三、前項換發之新股訂於102年9月27日（星期五）開始換發，換發新股手續如下：

(一)原已存放於證券集保帳戶之舊票，由台灣集中保管結算所股份有限公司於新股上興櫃買賣日統一換發，股東不需辦理任何手續。

(二)已過戶舊股票換發：股東持新股票換發聲請書、舊股票、原留印鑑及證券

集保存摺等，至本公司股務代理機構華南永昌綜合證券股份有限公司股務代理部辦理換發。

(三)未過戶舊股票換發：股東持舊股票、過戶申請書、買進報告書或證券交易稅稅單或相關證明檔案、身分證正反面影本及原留印鑑，至至本公司股務代理機構華南永昌綜合證券股份有限公司股務代理部先辦理過戶手續，並持新股票換發聲請書辦理換發。

(四)本公司股務代理機構：華南永昌綜合證券股份有限公司 股務代理部。

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市一名34歲的郭姓女子今天上午在住處企圖燒炭自殺，郭女在自殺前還打電話向家屬訴苦，指出日前和同居男友發生爭吵後心情很低落，不想再這麼痛苦的活下去，家屬連忙報警並趕赴郭女位於樹林八德街的租屋處查看勸阻。
 
不料家屬和警消人員到場後郭女將自己反鎖屋內拒不開門，待家屬請鎖匠開門後，郭女已在房間內燒起炭火企圖尋短，立即將炭火撲滅，並將郭女送醫，所幸經急救後郭女已無大礙。
