3G和H圖示的意義如樓上所述。

現在的手機，在沒有資料傳輸時，是處於3G狀態，比較省電。
一旦手機有需要傳輸資料時，才會跳H。
H速度快很多，但較耗電。
詳見NCFD。

如果你手機一直跳H，表示你手機一直有背景資料在傳輸。
這時候要看能不能從手機設定中的"資料用量"看出是那個軟體在背景傳輸。
