毒澱粉事件越演越烈，台北市衛生局長林奇宏28日表示，已在日前清查台北市13家澱粉工廠，最後回收了近2萬公斤的問題澱粉，預計在一週內完成銷毀。
台北市議會下午進行市政總質詢，不少議員都關注市府對毒澱粉因應措施。郝龍斌在答詢議員陳玉梅時，強調台北市一定會做的比其他縣市還要好。
他坦言，依照目前的時間，確實無法就盤商一家家來進行檢測、清點，但可以從源頭進行追蹤，逐步往下進行清查。此外他也要求衛生局，務必將每天最新清查訊息，即時在網路上公告。
衛生署已在昨天啟動「0527食品安全專案計畫」，預計要在3天內清查所有澱粉廠，並在1週內銷毀。
北市衛生局長林奇宏表示，衛生局已稽查台北市13家澱粉工廠，發現怡和澱粉公司「樹薯澱粉」1萬2020公斤，及日正公司「地瓜粉圓」及「波霸粉圓」7300公斤有問題，他表示，目前所有作業清查完畢，這些問題原料也將於1週內銷毀。
此外，衛生署也要求商家，必需在門口張貼安全公告，因此衛生局也從下午開始，派稽查員前往信義商圈百貨美食街進行輔導，提醒店家務必將備有澱粉檢驗合格證明放置明顯處。
從6月1日開始，衛生局將開始全面稽查，屆時未屢行的店家，將依食品衛生管理法開罰，可處新台幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。
