菲邊開槍邊笑 洪慈綪不意外

發行量居菲律賓前3名的英文報紙「菲律賓每日詢問者報」（Philippine Daily Inquirer）今天報導，菲海岸防衛隊追捕「廣大興28號」時，邊笑邊開槍；洪慈綪得知後說：「他們本來就是海盜，我們一點也不意外」。
