重賞之下必有勇夫!美國3日首度公開懸賞總計高達2300萬美元(約2.1億元新台幣)，徵求協助以追捕5名好戰團體領導人。
美國國務院3日宣布推出「正義賞金」計畫(Rewards for Justice)，追緝5名涉嫌在西非地區散布恐怖主義的好戰團體領導人，這5人為博科聖地組織領導人謝考（Abubakar Shekau）(700萬美元)、蓋達老將貝爾蒙塔（Mokhtar Belmokhtar）(500萬美元)
、蓋達組織最高領導人哈曼（Yahya Abou Al-Hammam）(500萬美元)、蓋達組織戰鬥人員阿布迪卡林(300萬美元)、西非團結和聖戰運動發言人哈馬哈（Oumar Ould Hamaha）(300萬美元)。
貝爾蒙塔今(2013)年元月間攻擊阿爾及利亞一座瓦斯廠，當時造成37名外籍人士喪生，其中包括3名美國人在內。
謝考則是率領博科聖地組織在奈及利亞北部對基督徒與外國人發動攻擊與綁架行為，他5月底號召阿富汗、巴基斯坦和伊拉克的回教激進分子加入血腥戰鬥，將奈及利亞建立成回教國家。
「正義賞金」計畫始於1984年，目前已有超過70人提供美國情報打擊恐怖分子，發出的獎金超過1億美金。
