習近平抵墨國 將在國會演講

（中央社記者周慧盈北京5日電）中國大陸國家主席習近平當地時間4日抵達墨西哥進行國是訪問，期間將在國會發表演講，進一步闡述大陸對拉丁美洲政策。

據中新社發自墨西哥的報導，習近平表示，將與墨國領導人就雙邊關係及共同關心的國際與地區問題深入交換意見，深化互信、拓展合作及增進友誼。

訪問期間，習近平將在墨西哥國會發表正式演講。中國拉丁美洲協會副會長吳紅英對新京報表示，習近平可藉此進一步闡述大陸對拉丁美洲的政策。

此外，中墨政府還將發表聯合聲明，簽署經貿與學術等領域系列文件。

統計顯示，2012年中墨雙邊貿易額達366.76億美元，其中大陸對墨西哥出口為275.18億美元，從墨國進口為91.58億美元。

吳紅英認為，墨西哥對大陸貿易逆差嚴重，希望透過這次訪問促進雙方貿易發展，調整雙方貿易結構，讓中墨經濟發展更有動力。

習近平5月31日展開就任大陸國家主席以來的第2次出訪，對千里達及托巴哥、哥斯大黎加及墨西哥進行國是訪問。訪問墨西哥後將赴美國加州，會晤美國總統歐巴馬。 1020605
