王永慶三房委託律師 將採法律行動

針對宏仁集團總裁王文洋跨海提告一事，台塑企業副總裁王瑞華昨（10）日委託律師表示，此訴訟不過是王文洋於創辦人王永慶過世後所興諸多訴訟之一，且亦未經所有王永慶繼承人的同意。香港高等法院作成決定以及王文洋提出此等訴訟前，並未徵詢王永慶所有繼承人的意見。

律師強調，目前並無任何王永慶的繼承人於此等程序中被列為被告，王永慶的部分繼承人將於收到法院文書後，與律師研究因應對策及採取法律行動。
