行政院勞委會未能有效督導地方勞動主管機關，確實掌握雇主依法提撥勞工退休準備金，一直到目前為止，仍有近4成事業單位未依法提存退休準備金，嚴重影響勞工權益。監察院18日通過監委趙榮耀提案，糾正行政院勞委會。　　

監察院調查發現，勞委會對於雇主是否依法提撥勞工退休準備金，未能有效督導地方勞動主管機關，落實查核處罰，導致勞工權益受損，至今10餘年，仍有近4成事業單位並未提存，使勞工權益處於風險中，有疏失。
