ATLUS 品牌母公司 Index 宣告破產 將展開企業重整程序

　　持有 ATLUS 品牌的日本網路與遊戲公司 Index，6 月 27 日向東京地方法院提出民事再生（破產重整）手續的申請，正式宣告破產。

　　1995 年 9 月成立、1997 年 9 月更名為 Index 後沿用至今的 Index，以數位遊戲及內容與解決方案事業為主要業務，曾將 Mad House、NEC Interchannel、日活等動畫、遊戲與電影等內容創作公司納入旗下。2010 年 2 月收購老牌遊戲公司 ATLUS 為子公司，同年 10 月將之解散吸收合併，但仍保留該品牌繼續從事遊戲開發與發行，代表作包括《真‧女神轉生》、《女神異聞錄》、《世界樹的迷宮》等。

　　Index 表示，先前參與由日本振興銀行所主導的中小企業振興網路，2010 年 9 月因為受到日本振興銀行破產的影響，導致參與該網路的企業經營狀況狀態惡化，Index 對參與企業所提供的融資大多無法回收，造成財務狀況持續惡化而必須申請破產重整，目前負債總額約 245 億日圓。

　　Index 表示，後續將在法院與監督委員的監督下進行企業重整，除了順利推展以數位遊戲事業為首的原有業務之外，同時將加速擴大以智慧型手機社群遊戲為首的服務領域。為了在不損及自身事業價值的狀況下達成企業重整的目標，將考慮盡快尋找選定資金提供者之後，進行事業轉移。
