8旬老婦超市偷白米　判罰1萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名82歲黃姓老婦，2個多月前到超市購物時，頓生貪念，將1包10公斤重、價值470元白米放進隨身攜帶購物袋，未結帳下即步出超市，但被店家及時發現攔下，送警偵辦；宜蘭地院審理後，審酌黃嫗係年逾80歲之人，依法予以減刑，今天依竊盜罪輕判她拘役10天、得易科罰金1萬元、緩刑2年。【更多精彩內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
