黑莓的專利能賣多少錢？

99dcd20ef817bf166bbf46d3cb891ba3 黑莓現有 5236 項美國專利，其中 3730 項為無線通訊領域的專利。據稱這些專利還是很值錢的，如果以交叉授權的方式被財團收購，大概能值 20 到 30 億美元。如果是被單一公司收購則會更值錢，一旦出現競購，專利可能會賣到 40 到 50 億美元。

黑莓能選的路已經不多了。

遲遲不能脫困，近日黑莓又放出風聲稱有意出售，後來又有消息稱很久前就有了這個意思，只是沒人接手。如果要出售的話，最值錢的專利組合資產能賣個什麼價錢呢？

黑莓現有 5236 項美國專利，其中 3730 項為無線通訊領域的專利。據 MDB Capital Group（一家主做專利投資的銀行）的 CEO Marlett 稱，這些專利還是很值錢的。如果以交叉授權的方式被財團收購，大概能值 20 到 30 億美元。如果是被單一公司收購則會更值錢，一旦出現競購，專利可能會賣到 40 到 50 億美元。

雖然最近發生競購的概率不大，業內更傾向於團體收購，但也不是不可能。Marlett 稱，黑莓的專利可能是無線領域最後一個大型專利組合資產了，所以還是會吸引到不少人的注意。潛在買家也很好猜，比如 Google、蘋果、三星和微軟。

Marlett 認為前三家可能只想買專利，但是微軟可能會對黑莓的其他資產有興趣，比如黑莓在企業市場的資產。微軟可能會為這筆資產支付 40 到 50 億美元，加上專利費，最終的收購價可能是 80 到 100 億美元。(allthingsd.com)
