淡水今晨12.3度　再創入秋低溫

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】今年入秋以來首波大陸冷氣團持續發威，淡水今晨12.3度為平地最低溫，繼昨晨12.6度再創入秋以來平地新低溫紀錄。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，氣象局預測，該波冷氣團將到明天清晨，明天白天之後風向轉偏東風，到下周日之前溫度稍微回升。下一波鋒面預計在下周一通過，東北季風緊接著增強，屆時溫度恐再降，下雨和降溫情形再觀察。
