日月光停工恐致派遣失業　勞團要求禁派遣

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】勞動黨、勞動人權協會等今早一行約30多人到勞委會前陳情抗議，要求勞委會修法禁止使用派遣工，讓派遣工全部轉為正職。勞動人權協會表示，日月光K7廠遭勒令停工，雖然正職可轉到其他廠工作、薪資照發，但這保障是否不包含派遣工？派遣工和正職不但同工不同酬，中間還得被派遣公司剝削服務費；派遣公司只要一部電腦、一支電話、一張桌子就可營業，出事後脫產容易，「派遣制度不把勞工當人看！」

勞委會勞資關係處爭議科科長羅忠政說則說，經向日月光查證，K7廠全區約5千多名員工，約有200多名派遣，現階段正職和派遣處理方式相同，會全部轉往其他工廠工作，權益不至於受影響。至於勞團對派遣之意見，會循內部程序反映。
