妄想被植晶片　男火攻逼人判刑2年

【許淑惠／台中報導】陳姓男子罹患妄想型精神裂症10餘年，自認有2男1女在他身上植入晶片，不讓他睡覺，一直跟他要錢，並認為這些人就住在台中市大甲區某棟大樓的3樓。去年7月，陳男2度在凌晨買汽油倒入該戶1樓的信箱，點火引燃後離去，陳男說：「我要逼他們出來跟我對質」，所幸未釀成災害。

台中地院以陳男因病致判斷能力較一般人差，但並非毫無辨識能力，依公共危險罪判刑2年。
