借錢招待友嫖妓被拒　男殺婦褪內褲

屏東蔡姓婦人23年前遭殺害，一度成為懸案，4年前，有1名陳姓男子自首，供稱當年為招待黃姓友人嫖妓，向蔡婦借1500元被拒引殺機，一審認為陳有精神病判無罪；二審調查後認定陳是凶手，依殺人罪判刑8年，全案可上訴。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，1911年7月獨居的蔡姓婦人(70多歲)陳屍家中，頭部有傷口，內褲被拉到膝蓋位置，法醫相驗確定他殺。數天後，1名住在蔡婦附近的吳姓男子自首，但檢方因他陳述的經過和事實不符，不起訴結案。4年前，陳男自首，描述的狀況和現場吻合，訊後移送檢方依殺人罪起訴。二審依陳男精神的鑑定報告，主要是失眠、焦慮情緒等症狀，且自首當天精神狀況很好，應對都沒有問題，再次重新鑑定，陳男無精神疾病，因此改判有罪。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
