國道清晨6~7時最塞　10時後一路通

今天是除夕，國道從清晨6時就出現塞車，包括國1楊梅、湖口到新竹、彰化等路段，時速約20公里到40公里，國5也出現首波南下大量車潮，但時速皆有40到60公里，上午8時30分後僅剩新竹路段較壅塞，時速約30到40公里，其他路段皆較紓解，高公局預估今塞車頂多至上午10時，之後可一路順暢，今全天將湧190萬到200萬輛次。(李姿慧／台北報導)
