金門觀光財看俏 台開、富驛沾光

金門觀光商機蓬勃，持續吸引大型投資案。金門目前逐步朝向國際自由市目標邁進，並啟動各項重大基礎建設、投資招商、產業轉型項目。包括上市股台開 (2841)、上櫃股F-富驛(2724)皆積極前進金門發觀光財。台開昨日並以近億元再搶金門千坪土地，溢價率達121.7%，加碼開發酒店與商場。台開今日股價在買盤增溫下，漲幅達3%，盤中來到11.75 元。F-富驛今日也呈現價量俱揚，盤中一度來到53.9元，漲幅超過4%。
