嘉市老店 蒸肉圓淪陷

嘉義市衛生局稽查市售澱粉類產品及相關製品，發現四件澱粉含順丁烯二酸，其中嘉市老字號「北回水晶餃」、「屏東蒸肉圓」使用的地瓜粉、在來米漿中鏢，另有兩家盤商的粉粿粉、番薯粉違規，衛生局連夜查封。北回水晶餃、屏東蒸肉圓業者現均使用檢驗合格原料。

「無辜受害！」北回水晶餃張姓業者說，半月前爆出義美小泡芙事件，即要求飛飛澱粉公司提供合格證明，沒想到有合格證明的地瓜粉也出問題。

屏東蒸肉圓曾姓業者強調，肉圓皮使用純在來米漿，添加少許地瓜粉增加稠度，衛生局抽檢隔天，他詢問高雄豐裕粉行，得知地瓜粉含順丁烯二酸，立刻要求全數換貨。
