美籲各國　勿准許史諾登進出

【綜合報導】美國「深喉嚨」史諾登昨天飛抵莫斯科，準備前往南美厄瓜多，美國國務院發言人柏莎其（Jen Psaki）表示，史諾登不應再獲准出入其他國境。
 
陪同美國國務卿凱瑞出訪印度的帕莎其證實，美國因史諾登犯下重罪，遭通緝逮捕，而撤銷他的護照。任何正被美國通緝的人，例如史諾登，都不應獲繼續進出其他國境，應將他遣返美國。由於史諾登已被起訴，撤銷他的護照屬例行公事，亦符合美國規定，「此一舉措不影響他的公民身份」。
