魚缸有蜷曲的蟲，要怎麼處理?

我的魚缸有養水草和孔雀魚

我發現缸壁附有兩三隻蜷曲成圓形狀的蟲，顏色是深咖啡，有一條一條的紋路

不會很常移動，靜靜的附著在缸壁，偶爾換個位置

把它們拿起來，發現它們很硬，且仍然維持蜷曲狀

也試著換過水草，過濾器和水每兩個星期換新的

過幾星期還是出現同樣的蟲

不知道這是什麼蟲?對魚有沒有害?還有要怎麼杜絕它們?
