喀山世大運開幕　郝龍斌赴俄加油

燦爛的煙火、高科技的燈光秀和精彩的節目表演，為2013喀山世大運揭開序幕，開幕典禮中，來自162個國家，1萬3千多名隊職員參與，創歷年新高，身為2017台北世大運主辦城市大家長的郝龍斌，也應邀出席，為中華健兒加油。

台北市長郝龍斌：「我們到目前為止，中華隊的所有選手，表現可以說是可圈可點，剛才致贈了10萬元加菜金。」

選手打氣之外，郝市長也一一參觀世大運場館。台北市長郝龍斌：「尤其在選手村，它整個設置規劃硬軟體設備，以及整個對選手的照顧方面，各方面的考量，都是值得我們借鏡的。」

除了選手多，軟體體設施完善，喀山世大運的志工人數高達2萬人，也讓郝龍斌印象深刻，綜合這次觀摩和以往主辦國際賽事經驗，2017的台北世大運，要讓大家看見不一樣的台北。
