微星7970送修後卻更換別的版本?

各位版友好，小弟於今年六月組新電腦，顯卡挑R7970 TF 3GD5/OC BE這張，使用一陣子發現會有高頻音就送修，接著就是漫長的等待...
通知是兩個禮拜的工作天，等了三個多禮拜，日前回覆我說，目前TF版的料缺，換了一張R7970 Power Edition 3GD5要給我，我查了一下，兩張卡的核心時脈不一樣，(先前的是1000MHz Core (Boost Clock:1050MHz)後來的PE版是925)，I/O也不一樣，價格...是差不多，但是稍微低一些的樣子
得知這個消息感覺非常得不好，漫長的等待結果是這樣的回覆，不曉得有沒有版友知道這兩個版本的差異，還是核心時脈並不是顯卡判斷的標準?
