區域房市買氣 桃縣第1 漲近2成

上半年房市交易活絡，信義房屋統計象徵區域房市買氣的家戶購屋比，區域房市買氣以桃園縣最為熱絡，平均每1000戶家庭中，就有35.7戶買房子；排名第二則是新竹縣市。

家戶購屋比位居六都之冠的桃園地區，人口數已超過200萬人，桃園也是全台第一工業科技大縣，台灣500大製造業有超過1/3在桃園設廠。尤其桃園近年有機場捷運、桃園航空城、台鐵高架化及五楊高架等題材，明年底更可望升格為第六都，在眾多題材簇擁下，房價補漲力道強勁。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，「北北桃」的通勤生活圈，過去房價水準大約呈現擴增一圈，房價便宜一半，新北市平均房價為台北市的1/2，桃園房價為新北市的1/2、台北市的1/4。但近年在眾多的題材帶動之下，桃園房價出現補漲走勢，根據信義房價指數統計，過去一年桃園地區房價漲幅比雙北市明顯，上漲幅度將近2成。

家戶購屋排行第2名的則是新竹縣市，新竹地區是北部的科學園區重鎮，外來年輕就業人口眾多，加上房價水準低於雙北市，平均所得收入穩定，近年家戶購屋比表現名列前茅，今年上半年平均每千戶家庭中，就有34.9戶購屋，熱絡程度緊追桃園地區。
