經濟成長率保3 江揆：較挑戰

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北13日電）行政院長江宜樺今天受訪表示，今年經濟成長率全年度平均在2%以上可樂觀期待，保3%是較具挑戰性目標。

行政院長江宜樺今天接受udn TV專訪時表示，經濟成長率全年平均在百分之2點多可樂觀期待，但要保3%「是比較具挑戰性目標」。

景氣不好，不少國家祭出撙節措施，江宜樺表示，全世界經過去年撙節努力，發現有時候效果適得其反，進一步壓縮經濟動能，他認為，「經濟畢竟還是要採取適當擴張性措施」。

財政部和主計總處昨天在行政院報告的中央政府總預算案，歲出部分擬編列新台幣1兆9407億元，其中，公共建設支出較102年度增加175億元，增幅達10%。1020813
