北市首購族 女性高於男性

實價登陸自去年8月實施以來，至今已屆滿一年，北市地政局今天上午召開記者會，公布去一年1萬7000多筆的實價登錄資訊，和北市地籍資料庫比對結果。

地政局分析發現，過去一年成交案件以40坪以下的中古華廈為主力，交易價格則是以總價1500萬、單價50萬元以下的物件最具吸引力。

值得注意的是，實價登錄上線一年來，買賣交易以首購族居多，約占六成五左右，首購族平均年齡為40.9歲。

地政局表示，首購族的女性高於男性約4成，其中又以松山、中山、大安等3個行政區，為女性購屋較偏好的行政區，顯示女性投資置產意識普遍提高，已是目前市場購屋主力，且偏好市中心區域置產。
