降血液中癌症基因含量　可控血癌病情

【沈能元／台北報導】今天是「世界慢性骨髓性白血病日」，防癌教育基金會今公布國際最新「2013慢性骨髓性白血病治療指引」，建議患者以藥物降低血液中癌症基因含量，可提高4年整體存活率至95%。

新治療指引是3個月內將血液中癌症基因含量降至1/10以下、6個月降至1/100以下、12個月降至1/1000以下，因在3個月內將血液中癌症基因含量降到1/10以下的患者，1年後相較未降低患者，疾病控制良好機將高出15倍。

病友吳小姐13年前腹痛3個月，誤認胃潰瘍復發，檢查竟罹患慢性骨髓性白血病，因等不到骨髓移植配對，被醫師宣判活不過半年，當時初為人母，只求能看兒子幼稚園畢業，但經藥物治療，不只參與了兒子的幼稚園畢業典禮、國中畢業典禮也沒缺席。吳小姐說，按時服藥才能控制病情。
