黑幫大哥命案 槍手自首稱行車糾紛

新北市新莊上個月初發生黑幫大哥「劉芳成」遭槍擊命案，槍手吳姓男子昨天深夜突然出面自首，並交出作案用槍枝。嫌犯供稱因為行車糾紛一時氣憤開槍，不過，警方仍不排除可能是夜市經營權糾紛引發殺機，懷疑幕後有幫派教唆犯案，將深入追查釐清疑點。（杜大澂報導）

天道盟大哥劉芳成上個月初開車回家，行經新莊區中山路和中環路口遭人以製造假車禍方式攔下，劉芳成下車後遭歹徒近距離連開多槍，慘死街頭，槍手行凶之後逃逸無蹤。案發之後，警方清查死者背景和交友關係，發現他介入花園夜市經營權圍事，以及泰山屠宰場，從中牟取驚人利益，但疑似有積欠債務問題。

就在專案小組追緝過程一個月後，二十號深夜槍手吳姓男子在律師陪同下出面自首，並交出作案槍枝。嫌犯供稱，因為行車糾紛，爭吵後心生不滿朝對方開槍，不過，警方對於的他供詞持保留態度，懷疑幕後可能幫派教唆，和經營權糾紛脫離不了關係，因此，將進一步調查，釐清其中疑點。至於，吳姓槍手因為涉及槍擊案，也因為妨害自由罪嫌遭到通緝，因此，先被移送法辦。
