美聯銀總裁：華府僵局恐損成長

（中央社台北2013年10月3日電）波士頓聯8邦準備銀行（Federal Reserve Bank of Boston）總裁羅森格蘭（Eric S. Rosengren）今天表示，華府預算卡關可能會阻礙美國經濟成長。

美國「波士頓環球報」（The Boston Globe）報導，美國聯邦政府關門進入第2天，羅森格蘭在佛蒙特（Vermont）發表談話時說，考量到經濟復甦力道不足及預算協商恐陷僵局而造成傷害，因此他決定在上月召開的聯邦準備理事會決策會議中，對維持量化寬鬆政策投下贊成票。

羅森格蘭尤其提到致使國會無法通過預算法案的歧見。

他在尚普蘭湖地區商會（Lake ChamplainRegional Chamber of Commerce）發表談話時說：「令人遺憾的是，就國會對臨時撥款案爭持不下因而可能使債務違約來看，國會兩黨歧見與即將屆臨的舉債上限仍充滿不確定性。僅此不確定性就有對經濟造成附加衝擊之虞，遑論結果本身。」

羅森格蘭表示：「綜觀歷史，在經濟試圖自嚴重衰退復甦之際，實施我們近來目睹的嚴格財政緊縮，是相當罕見的事。」（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
