今年國慶大典，除了馬總統和王金平上演大和解戲碼，馬總統與夫人周美青的甜蜜互動也超搶戲。兩人在觀禮台就位後，周美青不僅主動拿水給馬總統喝，還從椅子下拿出大會準備的草帽給馬總統，並幫忙調整戴帽的角度。

表演活動進行時，馬總統與周美青也不時交頭接耳，兩人笑得相當開心。
