NAND記憶體需求差　合約價跌6~11%

【楊喻斐／台北報導】由於旺季需求不如預期，再加上美系NAND Flash（儲存型快閃記憶體）廠商季底財報結算影響，11月下旬NAND Flash合約價跌勢擴大，跌幅達6～11%，業者預期，12月續跌的壓力仍大。
 
研究機構集邦科技表示，除了隨身碟與記憶卡產品買氣並沒有因為歐美銷售旺季而升溫外，消耗NAND Flash產能佔最大宗的系統應用產品中，Ultrabook、高階智慧型手機與平板電腦的銷售也趨於平淡，也讓大多數NAND Flash供應商，持續面臨產能去化壓力，加上美系NAND Flash廠商面臨季底財報結算壓力下，選擇採取較積極的價格策略，造成同業在報價上不小的壓力，使得11月下旬NAND Flash合約價格持續走跌。
 
展望後市，集邦科技認為，在歐美傳統銷售旺季備貨潮幾乎接近尾聲的情況下，12月起需求明顯下滑的可能性偏高，至於即將到來的中國農曆年銷售，不論是通路端還是系統OEM客戶，目前都是抱持觀望的態度。換句話說，未來在NAND Flash買方拉貨心態持續保守，再加上NAND Flash供給量將隨製程轉往往1Xnm等級而持續增加下，預期NAND Flash合約價將繼續走跌。
