【蕭文康／台北報導】台積電（2330）固態照明及太陽能公司董事長蔡力行明年將接任中華電（2412）董事長，台積電董事長張忠謀已同意，並已對未來台積電固態照明及太陽能公司董事長一職做好妥適安排，內部已確定由資深副總暨資訊長左大川於原職位不變下，再兼這2家公司董事長，人事案最快會在明年元月底生效。
