女控穿胸罩長水泡　西蒙佩兒挨告不起訴

【呂志明／台北報導】台北市陳小姐在百貨專櫃買2件法國西蒙佩兒精品內衣，穿了其中1件後，胸部兩側皮膚竟紅腫、起水泡，質疑業者未注重品管害她受傷，怒告公司負責人業務過失傷害，但台北地檢署認為無法證明陳女因穿戴胸罩而受害，今將業者不起訴。

陳女指控，去年9月18日她在台北市忠孝東路SOGO百貨歐法西蒙佩兒專櫃購買2件胸罩，同年12月5日穿第1件後，胸部2側皮膚竟出現水泡、紅腫現象，憤而提告。

歐法西蒙佩兒台灣分公司林姓總經理供稱，公司商品在全球銷售，從沒發生過類似事情，且陳女出示診斷證明及藥品明細，也無法證明胸部皮膚發炎問題，是因穿戴西蒙佩兒的內衣所致，因此將業者不起訴。
