炒作TDR　連一鮑魚老闆被搜索

【胡守得／台北報導】知名連一鮑魚老闆鍾文智，涉嫌在2011年初，炒作特藝石油存託憑證(TDR)，等股價連拉數天後，再趁高檔1天內出清獲利了結，台北地檢署今天指揮檢察事務官，持8張搜索票搜索、約談鍾文智到案，並同步傳訊營業員、相關證人共約2、30人。

鍾文智是連一鮑魚老闆兼摩坦利投資公司負責人，去年7月非法炒作首宗存託憑證(TDR)、新加坡聯合環境技術公司案，不法獲利1億8000餘萬元，被依《證交法》炒作罪起訴。
