張德正交保裁定　高院再撤發回更裁

農曆年前駕砂石車衝撞總統府的男子張德正，遭檢方聲請羈押後，歷經小年夜的台北地院無保釋放、大年夜的責付律師、大年初一的15萬元交保並限制住居後，檢方三度向高等法院提出即時抗告，再度成功，高院今凌晨3時許，仍認為交保裁定不妥，再次撤銷，將全案發回台北地院更裁（孫友廉／新北報導）
