新光銀徵MA 年薪80萬

新光銀行昨（18）日舉辦儲備幹部（MA）說明會，總經理賴進淵表示今年經營目標轉向「穩增長，調結構」，規模成長力道可以放緩，但要提高收益，將以金融商品行銷（TMU）為重點。

新光銀行今年預計徵求16位儲備幹部，說明會現場吸引超過150人，反應熱烈。新光銀行人資長陸碧霞說明，上一屆儲備幹部錄取十位，目前仍有四位在職。

這次希望爭取有海外工作經驗的人才，學歷要求碩士以上、多益750分以上，不限科系與在職經驗，報名將於5月31日截止。賴進淵指出，儲備幹部培訓期兩年，培訓期間保障年薪70萬元至80萬元，培訓後「年薪百萬不是夢」。另新光銀行今年也徵求150位行員，目前已收到超過1,800份履歷。
