台電浮濫編列協助金遭糾正

監院調查發現，台電每年編列開發電力設施的協助金30多億，管理運用失當至為離譜，有的用來辦理觀光旅遊及餐敘，還有用來補助基隆市1級主管健檢費用，甚至已到「開口就給錢」地步，監院認為悖離常情浪費公帑，通過糾正台電。

另外，監委李炳南、程仁宏實際查察發現，台電長期坐視屏東縣恆春鎮公所，以年度協助金補助居民電費，未訂定補助上限，造成「1戶多錶」的不合理現象；同1戶門牌內補助6個電錶數以上，最離譜的，還有1戶林姓用戶多達23個電錶數，顯有浪費公帑之嫌。
