Excel把統計好的確認名單轉換成統計表(有電話與性名)

我今天看了一些文章但都不清該如何使用那些函數
下圖是目前假設統計確認好的名單

現在要把上圖的格式轉換成一個列表
O表示要去的
X表示不去的

E與Ｆ攔為　要去的
Ｇ與Ｈ攔為　不要去的

如
E攔(性名) F攔(電話)　　　　　　　　　　　G攔(性名) H攔(電話)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
　甲1　　　　1000 　　　　　　　　　　　　甲5　　　1004
