日本留學與台灣學籍問題

我大二打算去日本念兩年的專門學校，聽說專門學校畢業後的學歷不會被承認，所以我想再回來台灣完成剩下的學業，那請問在台灣的學籍怎麼辦? 半休學嗎? (以台南科技大學的手續而言)

有哪些專門學校教平面設計(視覺傳達類)比較強?
學費+生活費一年大概多少?
