浙江男子蛋糕竟爆炸 被嚇壞了

浙江寧波一名男子，在一間蛋糕店訂購了「榴槤慕斯蛋糕」，回家吃了幾口，放在桌上時，沒想到蛋糕竟然爆炸，蛋糕上的奶油噴了一地。男子質疑蛋糕是否添加了不明物品，才會「爆炸」。

賣出這個「爆炸蛋糕」的蛋糕店說，他們的蛋糕，純粹是用榴槤和奶油製成的，絕對沒放添加劑；因為水果在常溫下放久了會發酵，而慕斯是不透氣的，所以他們推測，男子的榴槤蛋糕，應該是因為沒有冷藏好，所以才會裡面的榴槤才會發酵膨脹後，突然爆開。
