桃檢再赴269旅 瞭解救護車及派車

陸軍下士洪仲丘案，偵辦湮滅及過失致死等案的桃園檢方，再赴二六九旅營區，就救護車路線及設備進行調查，並且帶回派車等資料來加以判讀。（李明朝報導）

陸軍下士洪仲丘案件，由於家屬先前有提出疑慮，桃園地檢署再度就湮滅及過失致死等案，八月十二日前往陸軍二六九旅營區調查，桃園地檢署主任檢察官吳怡明表示，主要是前往瞭解衛生連到禁閉室，再由禁閉室到營區大門救護車的路線，以及調閱派車資料，檢視救護車相關設備，同時也傳喚證人，以釐清疑點。

至於從二六九旅到醫院等相關路線，檢方也已經取得資料，還要進一步的判讀。

由於當時案件發生時，有的人已經退伍，對此，檢方會就所掌握的資料加以檢視，追查真相。
