陳賜陸接市農會總幹事

基隆市政府行政處副處長陳賜陸（見圖）轉換跑道，經農友推薦參與市農會總幹事遴選高票當選，將於今（十四）日起接任基隆市農會總幹事，回歸田園生活；陳賜陸從事公務生涯三十三年，自基層里幹事做起，歷任課員、課長、秘書以及行政處副處長等職務，行政經歷相當豐富。

基隆市農會在今年三月進行第十七屆農會理事長選舉，原任理事長陳詔文連任成功，但原任總幹事爭取續聘未獲理事會通過。日前，市農會辦理總幹事遴聘。市府行政處副處長陳賜陸經農友推薦參與總幹事遴，獲得八票支持，高票當選基隆市農會第十七屆總幹事。

陳賜陸早年家中務農，他認為基隆市相當適合發展精緻休閒農業，除原有的綠竹筍、山藥、楊梅等農特產品之外，他將與農友溝通，鼓勵農友嚐試種植季節性花卉，以改善農村景觀，進而吸引觀光客來到這裡賞美景、品嚐美食。
