美國簽證問題/延長時間/轉換身分

想問各位前輩幾個問題：
1：目前人在西雅圖，我持有B1/B2簽，可留置美國的時間是到10/14日，如果想延長在美國的時間，請問需要怎麼做才好呢？可否到溫哥華一趟再回西雅圖？時間是重新計算嗎？I94需要交出嗎？謝謝
2：我男友護照有學生和觀光簽證，但是當初是用學生簽的身份進入西雅圖讀語言學校，課上到9月份就停止了，但想留在美國玩1~2個月的時間，他可以到溫哥華，在轉簽證進美國嗎？還是有什麼較好的方法嗎？謝謝
