【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市政府統計今年1至7月86件公車投訴案，其中抱怨司機服務態度不佳的有20件、過站不停有17件、闖紅燈有6件。乘客反映，常有司機不回答乘客詢問，還催促上下車，甚至有司機用擴音器罵路旁店家。

為了提升公車品質，交通局派出秘密客稽核公車，發現除了司機態度，硬體方面也有站牌設置歪斜、公車專用格違停佔用等缺失，將要求業者改善。
