壽險解禁 商辦不再冷颼颼

台灣房屋智庫執行長劉怡蓉指出，去年11月金管會為風險控管保險業獵地買樓，祭出提高報酬率需達2. 875%等7大禁令，使得今年到目前為止，壽險業新買入的不動產投資金額僅120億元，與去年壽險近千億資金投入不動產市場相去甚遠，讓商辦市場進入寒冬期。

不過金管會8月底解除八大壽險公司的不動產禁買令，其中南山、國泰、富邦、新光等公司，都是不動產市場主要買盤，壽險資金陸續歸隊，讓第四季商辦交易猶如冬天穿毛衣，不再「冷颼颼」。
